- Rental by the week from Saturday at 4pm (arrival time) to the following Saturday at 10am (return keys)
- Deposit: 30% of the total cost of the stay, payable on reservation
- Payment of the balance 30 days before the start of your holiday
- Security deposit: €370 on arrival ( by cheque or in cash)
- Cancellation insurance (optional): 4% of total price
- Holiday tax: €0.90 per day per person over 18 (2022 rate)
- Pets: €4 / day (category 1 and 2 dogs not permitted. Up-to-date vaccination record mandatory and to be shown).
